Apply a two-color, Fractal Clouds fill to the square using the two colors shown.

Send the square to the back (Ctrl B or Arrange > Put to Back).

That looks kind of nice just the way it is. But it gets better.

 

If Snap to Objects is not still enabled, press the red magnet icon on the Infobar so it is in the down position, or right click on an empty spot on the page and select Snap to Objects.

Drag four guidelines from the rulers and snap them to the edges of the rectangle as shown.

(Window > Bars > Rulers or Ctrl L).

Marquee select the square and the colored elements.

Select the Mould Tool, then click the Circular Envelope icon on the Infobar (the circle that looks like the Ellipse Tool)

Drag new guidelines from the screen rulers through the four control points on the circular envelope.
