Select the lines, then open the Line Gallery on the Infobar and select the Dark Gold Cord brush in the New Brush Strokes section. Press Apply to apply the brush stroke to the lines.

 

Add more wavy lines and this time apply the Gold Cord brush.

Arrange the lines a little better than I have done so they appear more random.

 

Group all the ornament elements and then group all the gold cords. Bring the ornament group to the front.

Using the Shadow Tool, add a Wall shadow to both and drag the shadow with the Shadow Tool down and to the right a little bit.

In case you did not notice, I extended the length of the tassel and enlarged the conifer-filled rectangle. (You will need to readjust the height of the Conifer 1 fill after the stretching).

 

 

And here is the final image, my holiday greeting to you all.

I placed a black rectangle in front of everything, added a Circular Fill centered behind the ornament and applied a Flat, 50% Brightness transparency to create a festive spotlight effect.
