Make a duplicate of the five shapes (Ctrl D ).Delete every other shape from the first copy and apply a blue fill (for reference only).Delete the opposite shapes on the second copy as shown and change the fill to green (for reference only). Group each set (Ctrl G).

Center the blue panels over the blue beveled object.
Select both the panels and the beveled circle.From the Arrange pull down menu, select Combine Shapes > Intersect Shapes. The portion of the beveled circle behind the blue panels remains while everything else conveniently disappears.
