Red Ripe Tomatoes My long suffering wife and I have a set of rainbow colored dishes. In October 2003, I did a tutorial recreating one of these dishes, an orange coffee cup to be exact. The tutorial was based on a photograph I took one morning of the cup in the morning sunlight filled with steaming hot coffee. This month's tutorial features a blue salad/soup bowl from the set of dishes with three red, ripe tomatoes. I think users of all levels will be able to follow the steps but as always, some knowledge of Xara and/or vector drawing programs is helpful. And even you older users, and you know who you are, might learn a trick or two. The animation above was created appropriately enough with Xara On-Line Cross Fade Effect. I like the Cross Fade effect because it gives you an idea of how the image builds. And the best part is there is no heavy lifting. Xara does it all for you. You supply the images and Xara On-Line does the rest. Xara makes this site possible so it would be nice if you just went to the page and had a look see. Thanks. A Word from Our Sponsor:Xara makes several graphics products and all of them are fun and easy to use. And Xara makes this site possible so it would be nice if you just went to these pages and had a look see. Thanks. You are probably aware of Xara Xtreme but have you downloaded Xara Xtreme Pro? All the tutorials in this Workbook are done in Xtreme Pro, so if you don't have it, get it now.
Here are some other products made by Xara and links to the Xara.com Website.
