I hope you kept a copy of the smaller cross.

Select the cross, select the Fill Tool, and select Linear Fill from the drop down list of Fill Types.

Change the orientation of the fill path by dragging either end until the fill path is vertical. Alter the beginning and ending as shown.

Use yellow and yellow orange from the screen palette. To apply the colors to the fill, click the small square at either end of the fill path arrow, then left click a color on the screen palette with the left mouse button.

Make a duplicate of the cross, and change the fill type to Fractal Clouds. On the Infobar, change the Fractal Graininess setting from 5 to 7. Change the yellow to violet. Press Enter to apply your changes.

Center the cloud-filled cross over the orange and yellow cross. Select the cloud-filled cross then select the Transparency Tool. Select Linear from the drop down list and arrange the fill path arrow as shown.

Using the Ellipse Tool, hold down the Ctrl key and drag a circle 65 pixels in diameter. Make a duplicate. Apply a Fractal Clouds fill, using green and light green, to the first circle. Apply a Circular Fill to the second circle using the same two colors and drag the center of the Circular Fill up and to the left a little.

Center the Circular filled circle over the cloud filled circle. Apply a Flat, Stained Glass 0% transparency to the Circular filled circle. Make a duplicate (Ctrl K) and select Bleach from the Transparency Type drop down list. Move the slider to 40%.
