Change the M logo to a horizontal Linear fill using the 2 colors shown. Apply a Flat fill to the side panels using the pink color shown. Move the sides back into place. Select the Transparency Tool (F6). Click on a side and drag in the direction shown above to apply an interactive Linear transparency. You can drag either end of the transparency fill path arrow to change the length or angle. Time to put the fries in the box. But first select the logo and increase just the height to 120%. Ah, that’s better. NOTE: The padlock icon (Lock Aspect Ratio) on the Infobar will scale a selection proportionately in the enabled position (down). When the lock icon is in the disabled position (up) you can scale a selection either in height or width. Select both fries bitmaps and reduce proportionately (the lock is in down position) 85%. Or reduce until the proportion looks right. French fries cry out for ketchup (preferably without the high fructose corn syrup found in most ketchup—Heinz makes an all natural ketchup that uses good old sugar). Take one of the non-bitmap light colored fries and rotate it to the horizontal orientation, light side up. Select the Freehand and Brush Tool (n) and draw a shape like that shown above. If your drawing does not look convincing, start over until you get an attractive dollop that appears to spill over the fry. We’ll wait for you so take your time and get it right. Be sure to drag back to the starting point to create a closed (and fillable) shape. Apply a vertical Linear fill with the Fill Tool using the 4 colors shown.
