Select the horizontal rounded rectangle. Apply a Point Frame 3 bevel, To Inside, and change the Size to 50px.
And finally, select the large circle. Apply a Point Frame 3 , To Inside, Size 20px. And that completes the BackBar.Marquee select all the elements (drag a rectangle around them with the Selector Tool) and group them (Ctrl G or Arrange > Group)Save your document, and take a short eye break.
