Center the circle and QuickShape behind the crossed rounded rectangles.

Select all the elements and open the Fill Gallery (on the right side of the Infobar).

From the Low Res - Fine Fills folder, select Redgrass2.jpg. Press Fill to apply the fill to the shapes.

NOTE: If you don't have these fills in the Fill Gallery, you will need to add the fills from the Xara X CD. Refer to WebXealot 24 for information on loading fills.

We will apply bevels to all the shapes to add a bit of drama to our button bar.

Select all four circles (hold down the Shift key while clicking on each circle).

Select the Bevel Tool then select Rounded from the drop down list on Bevel Types on the Infobar. Click the To Inside icon (the one with the four arrows pointing towards the center).

From the drop down list, select Size and change the amount to 28pix.
