I hope you remembered to keep a copy of the circular grid.

Reduce the grid to 50%. Break the circles apart (Arrange > Break Apart) and delete the circles shown in red.

Join (Arrange > Join Shapes) the remaining circles.

Make three duplicate sets of circles and arrange them in a larger rectangle. I have given the circles different colors so you can see the individual sections.

Use a rectangle that spans the width of three rows of circles on the original grid and use it to ensure equal spacing of the other three sets of dots. (It does not have to be exact).

Join all four sets of circles.

Create a rectangle to the size shown and center the circle grid over the rectangle.

All who said, select the grid and the rectangle and then Join Shapes, take one step forward! If you said Combine Shapes > Subtract Shapes, you may step forward as well.

After joining the two shapes apply the Stone 10 fill from the Fill Gallery.
