Highlight the O - shape with the Show / Hide Cursor.

Press the red E icon to open the Extrusion dialog. Press the button with the two centered circles to change the shape to an outline and change the depth amount to 2. Press Close.

Press the B icon to open the Bevel Options dialog. Select Rolled, check the Round option and change the Depth to 5. Press Close.

NOTE: Rolled is one of the new bevel options. When used with more depth, it creates a rounded indention on the side of the object.
