Join the four small circles (Arrange > Join). Select the small circles, and the O-shape, and Combine Shapes > Subtract Shapes. This removes the small circles from the O-shape.

 

Using the Ellipse Tool construct a 200 pixel diameter circle and center it over the O-shape.

Select the 200 pixel circle and from the Arrange menu, select Convert to Editable Shapes.

Select the Text Tool and click where the horizontal guideline intersects the circle. Key in Digital Works. I have used 18 point Aurora Bold Condensed. If you do not have this font, use a similar condensed, sans serif font.

NOTE: To enter text on a circle, the circle must first be converted to editable shapes (Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes).

NESTED NOTE: The place where you click the Text cursor on a path determines the starting point for the text.
