Click the T icon to open the Text Options window. Place the text insertion cursor between the text and the O-shape and press Enter to place the O-shape on a new line.

Highlight the O-shape. Change the Line Spacing (shown inside the red ellipse) to 25.

The O-shape will become larger. This is OK, you have not done anything wrong.

This moves the O-shape closer to the text. Too close?
