And speaking of final images, here is is.

For the record, I could have also changed the sides and front colors for the text but for the sake of this tutorial, which is complicated enough, I decided not to. You are more than welcome to do so.

While it is true, you can use this image to create an animation, the file size is so huge that unless you are viewing the image on your own screen or on an Intranet, or the image is fairly small, I would not advise it.

But the beauty of Xara 3D 4 is you can also create some very fine bitmap images. And the even better news is now you can export your image as a 24-bit PNG file. With ALPHA channel transparency! Which opens into Macromedia Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop with the background beautifully transparent.
