Instructions: Create a Directory on your hard drive and call it PopOut . Download this file to that directory. Use File Manager (Windows 3.1) or Explorer (Windows 95-8) to go to the directory. Double click on the poppro.exe file. This automatically extracts the contents of the file into your directory. When all the files have been extracted, double click on the file PopOut.Exe to launch the program.

NOTE: Throughout this tutorial I refer to PopOut Pro as the name of this application, whereas the application itself if called GP PopOut. It is indeed the same application, but its author wanted me to call it PopOut Pro, and as the price is right, who am I to argue!
