Phase Two — Exporting the Files

Both the depth image and the colorfield image files need to be exported as TARGA (TGA) files, one of two formats PopOut Pro supports. TARGA files are better because they use 24-bits of information vs. 8-bits for the other supported file format, BMP.



Create a directory in which to save your files.

Select the depth image. Open the File menu and select Export.

From the Save in: drop-down list, select the directory to save your files to.

Select TrueVision TARGA (*.tga) from the Save as type: drop-down list. Name your file depth.tga and press Save.

Select 24 (as shown) from the TARGA export options and press Export.

Select the stone-filled panel and export it using the same settings. Name the panel, panel.tga and press Export.
