Select the reflections and apply a small amount of feathering using the Change Size of Feather Region (Feathering?) slider on the top right side of the Infobar.

This softens the reflections ever so slightly and makes them appear more realistic.

Create a tiny rectangle and use it to create a new brush which you can call Streamer.

Draw a path with this new brush and make the edits noted.

Once you have made the edits, create a few more streamers of varying lengths.

Select each one individually and Convert Line to Shape (Arrange menu). Then Combine Shapes > Add Shapes to make one continuous streamer shape.

The example in the middle has not been combined and you can see the hundreds of tiny rectangles. Add Shapes creates a simple outline which we can fill.
