Select all the lines and from the Arrange menu, select Convert Line to Shape. With all the shapes except the leaf selected, from the Arrange menu, select Combine Shapes... Add Shapes. Now all the line shapes are one combined shape.

Change the fill color to the pale gray green shown.

Clone (Ctrl k) the leaf shape.

Select the leaf shape with the Contour Tool and drag any of the red arrows inward a bit. Change the Contour Width to 10pix. Press Enter to apply the change.

Press the Insert Path icon on the Infobar.

Change the fill color as shown.

Select the shape with the Transparency Tool. Click on the upper left side and drag downwards as shown here. This automatically changes the transparency shape to Linear.

Ivy leaves are waxy and have a sheen. This transparency will create that look.

Reduce the leaf to 50%. Make four duplicates. Resize and rotate the duplicates as shown.

Select the fills and modify the colors in the Color Editor (Ctrl e) so that each leaf appears to be different.

When you are finished, group all the elements for each leaf (making five leaf groups).
