The wall just cries out for ivy, wouldn't you agree?

Create a large ellipse and convert it to editable shapes (Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes).

Using the Shape Editor Tool, modify the ellipse as shown. Click the bottom control point to show the edit handles and then drag the edit handles until your shape more or less looks like the one above.

Click twice on the shape with the Selector Tool to enable rotate/skew mode. Drag the rotation bulls eye to the top of the shape. Drag one of the bottom rotation arrows and rotate the shape to the left. Before releasing the left mouse button, click the right mouse button to drop a duplicate.

Clone the shape and click the Flip Horizontally icon (the two vertical triangles) on the Infobar to flip the shape. Drag it to the right until the three shapes looks like this.
