Here comes the tedious part. Individually select each of the 18 frames and Create a Bitmap Copy (Arrange menu or right-click on the selected frame) using the settings shown in the screen shot. Since all of our colors are solid we won't need any dithering. And we can use the Browser Palette to help cut down on the file size. And use 8-Bit color. We'll let Xara's animation export filter decide which colors to reduce.
