Position the head and hand over the rounded square so that it matches the symbol. (We don't need the actual symbol anymore so you can delete it if you like.) I've colored the hand, face and square different colors in the illustration on the left to help set them apart. Now apply the proper colors. Make the face and the hand white. As we create the animation frames, we can just move the hand up and down in each frame.
