Right click in frame 1 on the
Rectangle 1 layer (the green rectangle).
Open the Transform panel (Window > Panels > Transform).
Check the Rotate radio button. Enter 90 in the rotation angle text entry
box and press Enter to apply the transformation.
Click on frame 1 on the Circle
layer. This selects the circle in frame 1.
Using the up arrow key on your keyboard, nudge the circle to the top of the green rectangle.
If you don't like the repetition of nudging, you can select the rectangle
and circle and use the Align panel (Window > Panels > Align) to align the two objects.
To see what our animation looks like at this point, press Enter.
Now that we have seen the animation
so far, we need to make the last frame of the green rectangle match the first.
Select the last frame for the Rectangle 1.
In the Transform palette set the Rotation amount to 90° and press Enter
to make the changes.
Press Enter again to test the animation. The only thing that should move now is the blue circle.
