Using the Rectangle Tool, and holding down the Ctrl key, draw a
1 1/2" square (left). Use the Text Tool to add a lower case b in the center of the square. Highlight the text with the Text Tool and change the font to Zapf Dingbats. Change the size to 120 points (center). Select the Zapf Dingbats star and the square and Combine Shapes > Subtract Shapes (Arrange menu) (right).

Draw another 1 1/2" square. Select the square and circle, and using the Ellipse Tool and the Ctrl key, draw a 1.2 diameter circle (left). Combine Shapes > Subtract Shapes (center). Add the text "Come Play in Our World" (right).
