Make sure Snap To Objects is still selected. If you have trouble with the right mouse button, you can click the magnet icon on the Infobar to enable Snap to Objects.

Using the three lines and the hexagon as guides, use the Pen Tool and click on the four corners to make the top of the cube as shown in gray. Repeat this step and make the other two sides.
