Step-By-Step
Find the composite of the three hearts that you made in the second page. Remember? Place it over the blurred bitmap. Select the bitmap and the three-heart shape and from Arrange, select Combine shapes, Intersect shapes. This trims away all the bitmap outside the three-heart shape.
Now, place a Copy of the vector heart over the blurred bitmap and from Arrange, select Combine shapes, Subtract shapes. This punches out the center of the heart (ouch!) leaving just the embossed portions. Hang in there, this will all begin to make sense very shortly.
