Select the background rectangle and apply a dark blue, pale blue Circular Fill using the RGB values shown. Position the center of the fill in approximately the center of the composition. Draw four squares, Join (Arrange-Join) and fill very pale orange. Apply a Linear Transparency. 3 gold stars for anybody who guessed it's the old window pane highlight trick!
