This tutorial was prepared in Xara 1.5. I've been told that dimensions are helpful so here are the basic dimensions. Select the middle and bottom circle and Convert to Editable Shapes (Edit menu). With the Shape Editor Tool, add nodes about 4/5 on the way down and flatten the bottom sides as shown.
