Draw a circle and apply a Radial Fill with an orange-yellow center color and orange outside color. Apply a .5 point orange-red outline. Make a duplicate, make it smaller, and change the shape to a wide ellipse. Apply a 5-Step Blend to create a carrot for the nose. Make a duplicate carrot. From the Arrange menu, select Combine Shapes, Add Shapes. Copy and apply the blue snow shadow attributes. Drag and rotate the shadow as shown.
