Draw a large circle (approx 2 2/4" diameter) and apply a pale yellow fill (RGB 255, 255, 204). Draw a rectangle over the portion of the circle that extends beyond the ocean, and select the rectangle and the circle and from the Arrange menu, select Combine Shapes--Subtract Shapes, to trim off the bottom portion. Use the Transparency Tool to apply a Flat, Mix, Circular Transparency . This creates a subtle flare over which we'll place our poetic golden sun. .
