WEBSITE AND WEBSITE GRAPHICS CREATED WITH XARA XTREME PRO Apply the flat fills as shown above. Edit the colors in the Color Editor  (Ctrl e) using the RGB Color Model. If your color units are in % instead of 0-255, change your Color Units to 0-255 (Utilities > Options > Units > Color Units: 0-255). Select the inner circle. Switch to the Fill Tool (F5). From the Fill Type  drop down list on the left side of the Infobar, select Conical. Rotate the fill path arrow as shown above (drag either of the small squares at either end of the arrow). Change the colors as shown. Click the Profile arrow icon on the Infobar to open the Profile dialog. From the drop down list of Presets, select Profile 4. This evenly distributes the fill colors around the circle. Clone the small circle in the center (Ctrl k). Change the outline to 4pix. From the Arrange menu, select Convert Line to Shape.
