Select the small text group, then select the Transparency Tool (the wineglass icon). Apply a Flat, Bleach transparency and move the slider to 80%.

Remember where the small text is because it will probably be invisible.

Select the large text and apply a Flat, Mix transparency, and move the slider to 10%.

Select the Blend Tool and drag, from where you remember the small text to be, to the large text group. Change the number of Blend Steps to 15 by highlighting the 5 on the Infobar, changing the number to 15, and then pressing Enter.
