Select the wireframe image, then select the Transparency Tool. From the drop-down list select Linear. Drag the start and end arrow as shown starting with 100% (completely transparent) and ending with 0% (opaque).

Press the Copy Frame button (shown). This copies the contents of Frame 1 to a new frame, Frame 2.

Select the wireframe image, then the Transparency Tool and move the transparency down using the next set of guidelines.
