Select the new wing. On the Property Bar key in -25 degrees in the Rotation text entry box, and press Enter. Create a duplicate and flop it vertically. Click twice on the duplicate to toggle Rotate Skew mode. Drag the rotation bullseye to the top left corner as shown. Drag the rotation arrow until the duplicate is aligned as shown.
