Step-By-Step
Select and fill the smaller ellipse with an almost black, dark gray , I've shown RGB values. Fill the larger shape with a medium gold color. Select both and Blend. (With the Blend tool, click on the bottom control node and drag up to the corresponding node on the dark shape.) Change the number of Steps to 15, or higher. With Xara the direction you drag the Blend Tool is important. Try dragging from the inside out to see why.
