Step-By-Step
Duplicate the pale orange center shape. (Ctrl D) With the duplicate selected, hold down the Shift key and drag the middle bounding box handle toward the center. Release the Shift key, and drag the bottom upward. With the Shape Editor Tool drag the top of the duplicate shape until it matches the bottom of the blue ellipse.
