Select the moustache and eyebrows and set them to one side. Draw an ellipse that covers the openings of the face as shown in red dotted outline on the left. Make a duplicate (Ctrl-D) of the face. Select the duplicate face, and the ellipse, and Combine Shapes -- Intersect Shapes. This makes a copy of everything directly under the red dotted-line ellipse as shown in the black shape.
Make another duplicate of the face. From the Arrange menu, select Break Apart. Delete all of the openings (they're hidden behind the larger shape). Select the duplicate and using the Fill Tool, apply a red and green Conical Fill as shown in the illustration on the right. Drag the fill rotation arrow as shown.
Select the conical-filled shape, making sure that is not overlapping anything else but the white of the page, then select Create Bitmap Copy from the Arrange menu. Use these settings: 24-bit color and Bitmap Size: 96dpi. (If you are creating the image for 4 color output use 266 or 300 dpi).
