Lastly, for the extra touch, create a 20 pixel white sphere and apply about 5 pixels of feathering (use the Adjust Size of Feather Region slider at the top
right area of the Infobar). Set it op and to the right as shown above. Apply a Flat, Luminosity transparency. Place it in the upper right section of your globe. Copy (Ctrl c) the circle and Edit
> Paste in Place on each of the frames. This is just a simple animated globe. There are so many creative things you can do to really spice it up with shading, textures, named colors, etc. If you found any mistakes in this tutorial, PLEASE, GO AWAY! :-) Here is the final GIF animation.
I also created a Flash version without the Luminosity transparency as this type of transparency is not supported in Flash.
