Press the left facing black triangle icon until you are back to Frame 1, select the square only and apply a Flat red fill. Then apply a 50% Flat, Mix transparency.
 

Clone the red square (Ctrl k), make sure it is in the front (Ctrl f) and selected, then select the land mass and Press Ctrl 3 (Intersect Shapes).

Ugh! We've got a square land mass! Don't worry, this part is necessary to get the desired results.
 

NOTE: I applied a Circular fill to the globe circle and moved the white center of the fill up and to the right. This adds roundness to the globe.
 

Select the square land mass and increase its size to 110%. Using the Mold Tool (Shift F6), apply a Circular envelope. Viola! We've got the world in perspective! At least in frame 1.

Now apply the last two steps to each of the other frames.

Each separate step should now be on a separate frame.

Then take 'er for a test spin. Click the Gif Preview icon and then select Play.
