Creating a Frame Draw rectangle to the appropriate size shown above, with no outline, an Elliptical fill in two shades of green.

Send the rectangle to the back. Center the cameo inside the rectangle. Group all the objects.

Draw a second rectangle a little larger than first, with no fill, a brown 4pt outline.
Convert Line to Shape.

Apply an External bevel, with a Miter join. Finally, apply a wall shadow.

And that is my cameo technique.
