This is the Text Options dialog. Text and symbols are edited in this window. Pressing the More
button (circled in red) opens the entire character set drop down list. Double click on any character to place it in the text editing window. The diamond-shaped button (upper right side) inserts a Step
break, causing the text to appear in steps if an animation is created. In addition to the normal text functions, Xara
can create outlined characters, align text, modify the width of the selected text, adjust kerning and tracking, and shift text in relation to the baseline. |
