Clicking on the CONTROL over each image brings up the Edit Control Block window. I've set the Delay for the last frame at 60 or 3/5th of a second. The other frames have been set to 5. To designate a transparent color, click in the Transparent color box, and click on the eyedropper icon. The individual frame will appear with the classic eyedropper icon with which you click on the background color.
