For the highest quality select Color Depth: 8, Palette: Standard, Dithering: Error Diffusion. You can specify a delay amount, and Restore type, for this animation Nothing, and a Loop (number of repetitions) amount. Click Export and your file will be saved with the name you gave it in the previous window (not shown).
