Each frame has to be separately converted to a bitmap. Select all the elements in the frame and from Arrange select Create Bitmap Copy. Set the dpi to 96 (Windows resolution), set the Color Depth to 8 bits, Palette Standard (this uses the Netscape palette) and Error Diffusion. Click create. Repeat this process until all frames have been converted to bitmaps.
