The final drawing in on the right. I borrowed the eagle from CorelDRAW’s Animal 1 Symbol library. (It’s only fair, Draw has borrowed so much from Xara!). The circle star symbol is a Zapf Dingbat (J). Each circle star copy has been rotated 15° with the rotation bulls eye centered on the big circle.
I applied a pale yellow & yellow ochre Circular Fill to the small circles, and a Linear Fill using the same colors to the borrowed eagle. I made duplicates of the outside and inside circles. I Joined (Arrange menu) the outer two big circles and Joined the inner two big circles and applied a Conical Fill using the same two gold colors.
