Duel Both planes are originally restored aeroplanes. The Spitfire flies in England, the Messerschmitt Me 109 in America. They are based on pictures from various professional journals.

The were created, as per my usual technique, from a scanned sketch that was redrawn and formed with the Shape Editor Tool.

The shadows and gradient fills are done with different transparency masks.

The backdrop is an imported bitmap from a flight simulator.
