John Sleeps: I created this picture of my husband using a photograph. I scanned the photograph, imported it into Xara X, and created my image over the photograph. Even though I have the ability to create images without tracing, sometimes it's easier to just cheat. That's one of the things I liked about Xara. I can create an image manually or import the image and 'trace' over it or use the bitmap image tracer to get me started.
