Press the Animation Options button (the A with the elliptical arrow). Change the Frames per Cycle and Frames per Second to 14 and 7. Select Rotate 2 from the Styles drop down list. Select Front Face Only so as the text rotates we will only see the front of the type. Select the horizontal Rotation Axis (shown just above the Close button). Press the Start/Stop Animation button (to the right of the Animation Options button) to preview the animation. Cool, huh? Press Close to close the Animation Options window.
