Joel's Cool Textures Set II is now available for downloading.

Joel Schilling, The number 1 Xealot Fill Meister has provided your editor (that's me) with Set II of his cool (and FREE) texture fills, 38 if memory serves me, and there is no reason to believe it does.

Instructions: Unzip the file into a new folder on your hard drive.

Open Xara 2 then open the Fill Gallery. Press the Disc Fills button. Browse to the folder where you put the fills. Open the folder. You should see a sub-directory called Xara Info. Click Add. That's it!

You can use Joel's Cool Textures in Xara 3D 4 as well. Shown here are three Wingdings filled with the same texture fill but with different tints, something you can now do in 3D 4. Also, note that each symbol has its own fill and each symbol has its own bevel, another new feature in Xara 3D 4.
