I Exported my Drawing as a JPEG image and opened it in my favorite image editing program. (It's just like Paint, trust me ;-) I selected the entire image and Copied it to the clipboard. I Pasted it into a new Layer at 80% Opacity with a method of Luminosity. I applied a Radial Blur, Zoom 50% to this image three times. I Flattened the layers into one and applied a SpotLight Lighting Effect with the source underneath the image creating a realistic falloff in light. The Zoom Radial Blur adds a smokey quality to the image. But wait, there’s more.
