Diamond Millennium Ring 2000 World Diamond Award Entry  This illustration is the complete second entry for the World Diamond Award 2000 done for Jos Peperkamp from Alkmaar, Holland. The entry was not a prize winner. I can imagine the idea to split and destroy a 20 carat diamond was not very appealing to the international jury of diamond lovers. The small diamonds were to be set in stainless steel wire constructions which enabled them to swing about when touched. To make the drawing was fun as is almost everything done with the help of Xara.
