For me the logo is a pure shape or a composition of shapes & text, without effects. Effects are something you put on logo when you use it for a
specific purpose, for example, on webpage. So that's why all my logo designs are so simple.
Babylon Beat - Designed for my friend's dance-music group. The logo was often used on black and white posters and people called this design the
"safety-matches" font. (I designed the font, too).
Profi Media - This logo was designed for my friend's small-businnes. He plans to use this logo as a label for CD Roms. Since
I've sent him a vector format of the logo he is (mis)using it on his own. www.profimedia.sk
Enigma Publishing (Vydavatelsto Enigma) - done for the site www.enigma.sk. Enigma Publishing - prints & distributes
educational literature for students and according to it's owner, it's a third most successful book publisher in Slovakia, as far as number of books sold is concerned.
Above The Challenge - This is an original version of the logo design I did free of charge for Grant Marx- a young "wheeler" who is
creating "T-Shirts For The Disabled" under his own label "Above The Challenge". Check his page www.abovethechallenge.com for more info. I don't know if he actually used the logo for his T-Shirts. But when he choose the design he seemed to like it. This was my first experience with Elancecom contracting, I've left Elance few weeks after that.
These are versions of my own business logo:

2nd Row: Used as a credit-mark on pages I (we) have programmed and/or designed
